Mastek's Group CEO Mr. John Owen quits

Mastek's Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. John Owen, will be relinquishing his role as Group Chief Executive Officer on January 18, 2021 and will be pursuing opportunities outside the group.

Mr. Ashank Desai, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, will assume the responsibilities of the Group Chief Executive Officer until a new Group Chief Executive Officer is appointed.

Shares of MASTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1300.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1335.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12452 in over 1735 trades.
