Page Industries Ltd board approve 2nd interim dividend, Q3 results on Feb 10, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Page Industries Ltd is scheduled on 10/02/2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2020.

The board will also consider declaration of 2nd Interim dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2020-21.

In case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the dividend will be 19th February 2021.

The Trading Window has already been closed from 1st January 2021 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ended December 31, 2020.
