GAIL India Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Ltd has approved payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2020-21 @ 25% (Rs. 2.50 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The Company has fixed 28th January, 2021(Thursday) as the record date for the purpose of the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend FY 2020-21.

Shares of GAIL (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.138.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 144. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3157421 in over 21214 trades.
