Vaibhav Global Ltd board to approve quarterly results, interim dividend on Jan 29, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Vaibhav Global Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th January, 2021 to consider and approve un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.

The board will consider declaration of third interim dividend on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for financial year 2020-21.
