Sonata Software Ltd board to consider third 3rd quarter results on Feb 4, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.

The trading window of the company shall remain closed for Designated Persons from Friday, January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2020.
