RBL Bank Limited board approve third quarter results on Jan 28, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of RBL Bank Limited ('the Bank') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.

The trading window for dealing in the shares of the Bank shall remain closed till Monday, February 1, 2021.
