Bandhan Bank Ltd board to announce Q3 results on Jan 21, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Bandhan Bank Ltd will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Kolkata, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2020.

The window for trading in securities of the Bank for the Promoter(s), Directors, Designated Persons, Auditors and their relatives, and Connected Persons shall remain closed from January 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2020 and accordingly, the trading window shall be closed till January 23, 2021 and shall re-open thereafter.

Shares of Bandhan Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.373 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 374.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 861487 in over 11534 trades.
