Greenpanel Industries Ltd board to announce Q3FY21, 9MFY21 results on Jan 27, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Greenpanel Industries Limited will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

The Trading Window has been closed for the Designated person and their immediate relatives with effect from December 30, 2020 and will be reopened on January 29, 2021 after expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of the above referred Financial Results of the Company.
