A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Birla Corporation Ltd will be held on Saturday, 23rd January, 2021, to inter alia, consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.

The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2020.
