Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited completes acquisition of 51% in SciTech Specialities Pvt Ltd

Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of controlling stake of 51% in SciTech Specialities Private Limited (CIN: U85190MH2007PTC175484 and date of incorporation: 29 October, 2007) ["SSPL"] by way of subscription to the issue of 492,630 equity shares of SSPL and purchase of 27,778 equity shares from few selling shareholders of SSPL, aggregating to 520,408 equity sharesi.e. 51% of paid-up share capital of SSPL.

Accordingly, SSPL has become subsidiary (51%) of the Company effective from January 11, 2021.

Shares of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.326.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 329.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15719 in over 529 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 334 and intraday low of 321.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5150068.
