SJVN Limited board approves proposal to raise Rs. 2000 crore

The Board of Directors of SJVN Limited have approved the proposal of raising of funds through issue of unsecured/secured nonconvertible bonds/debentures through Private Placement, up to an amount of Rs.2,000 crore, in one or more tranches. The funds will actually be raised, from time to time, with the approval of Competent Authority as per powers delegated in this regard, by the Board of Directors of the Company.

Shares of SJVN Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.26.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 360264 in over 1232 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.35 and intraday low of 26.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9675177.
