Rushil Decor Ltd calls for second and final call money of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e. 12th January, 2021 in accordance with the disclosures made in the Letter of Offer dated 7th September, 2020 (the "Letter of Offer") and in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder, the rules and regulations framed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Articles of Association and other applicable laws, has decided to make Second Call as well as Third Call (Final Call) as together.

The board decided to issue the Notice of Second and Final Call for receipt of Second and Final Call money of Rs. 25 (consisting of Rs. 5 towards the face value and Rs.20 towards Securities Premium) per Rights Equity Share issued and allotted pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company.

The board has fixed 22nd January, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of the Rights Equity Shares to whom the call notices will be dispatched for payment of the Second and Final call on the Rights Equity Shares.

The board also decided the last date for payment of Second and Final Call for the eligible equity shareholders is 17th February, 2021 (the Board of Directors may from time to time, at its discretion, extend the time fixed, for the payments of the Call).

Shares of RUSHIL DECOR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.180.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 184.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1303 in over 99 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 188 and intraday low of 180.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 238547.
