SRF Limited board to consider Q3 results, 2nd interim dividend on Jan 21, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of SRF Limited is scheduled to be held through Video Conferencing on Thursday, 21st January, 2021 for, inter-alia, considering the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 and to consider a proposal relating to declaration of 2nd interim dividend for financial year 2020-21 on Equity Shares, if any.

The Interim Dividend, if declared would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Monday, February 01, 2021.

The window for trading in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons & Directors will remain closed between Friday, 1st January, 2021 to Monday, 25th January, 2021 (both days inclusive).
