GAIL India Ltd board to consider buyback, interim dividend on Jan 15, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Ltd is scheduled on 15/01/2021, to consider and approve the buyback of the fully paid-up Equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs.10/­ each.
