Larsen & Toubro Ltd board to approve Q3FY21, 9MFY21 results on Jan 25, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Larsen & Toubro Ltd will be held on Monday, 25th January 2021, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December 2020.

The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and designated employees from January 1, 2021 until 48 hours from the publication of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
