Havells India Ltd board to consider Q3 results, interim dividend on Jan 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Havells India Ltd is scheduled to be held on 20th January, 2021, Wednesday, through Video Conferencing, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.

The board will also consider payment of Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company.

The Record Date to determine the entitlement of Interim Dividend as may be declared by the Board of Directors, in its Meeting to be held on 20th January, 2021, is fixed as 29th January, 2021, Friday.
