Mahanagar Gas Ltd board to announce Q3 results, interim dividend on Feb 9, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 09, 2021, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 and declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The trading window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated persons shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. from December 31, 2020 (Thursday) to February 11, 2021 (Thursday) (both days inclusive).
