YES Bank Ltd board to announce Q3FY21 results on Jan 22, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of YES Bank Limited (the "Bank") is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Mumbai, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter (Q3) and nine months ended on December 31, 2020 along with limited review report of the statutory auditors on the same.

The Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Bank, its subsidiaries and for the Connected Persons till January 24, 2021, and such persons shall not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till January 24, 2021.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22378732 in over 26234 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.25 and intraday low of 17.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 403179896.
