Apollo Pipes Ltd board to announce Q3FY21, 9MFY21 results on Jan 16, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Apollo Pipes Ltd is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16th day of January, 2021, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020, and any other matter as may be considered appropriate by the Board.

The trading window would remain closed from 01st January, 2021 until the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open on 19th January, 2021.
