TCS declares third interim dividend of Rs. 6 per share

At the Board Meeting held today, the Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) have declared a third interim dividend of Rs. 6 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company.

The third interim dividend shall be paid on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, January 16, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3120.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3032.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 210057 in over 14084 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3127.55 and intraday low of 3061.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 651218381.
