Snowman Logistics Ltd board to announce 3rd quarter results on Jan 18, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Snowman Logistics Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, 18th January, 2021, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31st, 2020.

The "Trading window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated person and their immediate relatives from January 01st, 2021 till the conclusion of 48 Hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31st, 2020.
