Tata Motors Ltd board to approve Q3FY21 results on Jan 29, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Tata Motors Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 29, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results(Standalone) and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results (with Limited Review) for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

The closure of trading window commenced from December 25, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. January 31, 2021.
