CESC Ltd board to consider Q3FY21, 9MFY21 results on Jan 13, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of CESC Ltd is scheduled on 13/01/2021 , to consider and approve and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended 31 December, 2020.

At the said meeting, the Board of Directors shall also consider a proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 and for fixing the Record Date for the purpose.
