GHCL Ltd board to announce Q3FY21 results on Jan 28, 2021

A Meeting of the board of directors of GHCL Ltd, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 through video conferencing, to consider and approve the reviewed un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

The trading window which was closed with effect from Thursday, December 31 , 2020, shall remain closed till Saturday, January 30, 2021 (both days inclusive).
