A meeting of the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd is scheduled on 08/02/2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

The 'Trading window' shall remain closed until 48 hours from the declaration of the said results on Monday, February 8, 2021.
