CSB Bank Ltd board to consider Q3FY21 results on Jan 19, 201

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/01/2021, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed upto and including Thursday, January 21, 2021 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives in terms of 'Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy'.
