Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd board to consider fixing record date for stock split

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd will be held on Monday, the 25th January, 2021, to consider the Fixing of record date for Sub-division of face value of Equity shares into smaller amount i.e., sub-division of 1 (one) Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- (ten) each fully paid up into Equity Shares of Rs.5/- (five) each fully paid up, resulting in issuance of 2 (two) Equity Shares of Rs.5/- (five) each fully paid up, thereby keeping the paid up capital intact.
