Tech Mahindra Ltd to consider third quarter results on Jan 30, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th January, 2021 to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2020 and the audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2020.

The trading window of the Company will be closed from 1st January, 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2020.
