HDFC board to announce Q3FY21, 9MFY21 results on Feb 2, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) is scheduled on 02/02/2021, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone) of the Corporation and the un-audited consolidated financial results, for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2020, subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation.

At the said meeting, the Board of Directors of the Corporation would also consider the issuance of secured/unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures, in various tranches under a Shelf Disclosure Document, aggregating Rs. 45,000 crore on a private placement basis, in accordance with the approval granted by the shareholders of the Corporation at the 43rct Annual General Meeting held on July 30, 2020.

The window for trading in the securities of the Corporation has been closed with effect from Friday, January 1, 2021 and shall continue to remain closed up to Thursday, February 4, 2021 (both days inclusive) for all the employees, designated employees and directors of the Corporation including their immediate relatives, in terms of the HDFC Securities Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2579.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2569.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 138041 in over 9004 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2591.35 and intraday low of 2533.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 354115040.
