YES Bank Ltd reports 7.7% QoQ rise in deposits to Rs. 146,233 crore

YES Bank Ltd has announced provisional financial information for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

Total deposits of the bank increased 7.7% QoQ from Rs. 135,815 crore as of September 30, 2020 to Rs. 146,233 crore as of December 31, 2020 and Rs. 105,364 crore as of March 31, 2020.

Certificate of Deposits (CDs) increased 1.9% QoQ to Rs. 7,395 crore as of December 31, 2020 from Rs. 7,259 crore as of September 30, 2020 and Rs. 6,935 crore as of March 31, 2020.

CASA was at Rs. 37,973 crore as of December 31, 2020, up by 12.6% QoQ from Rs. 33,713 crore as of September 30, 2020 and Rs. 28,063 crore as of March 31, 2020.

CASA / Total Deposits (ex. CDs) was at 27.4% as of December 31, 2020 as against 26.2% as of September 30, 2020 and 28.5% as of March 31, 2020.

Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) was at 115.5% as of December 31, 2020 as compared to 107.3% as of September 30, 2020 and 37% as of March 31, 2020.

Loans and Advances stood at Rs. 169,050# crore as of December 31, 2020 as against Rs. 166,923 crore as of September 30, 2020 and 171,443 crore as of March 31, 2020.

Gross Retail Disbursements (during the quarter) was at Rs. 7563 crore as of December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs. 3764 crore as of September 30, 2020 and Rs. 3078 crore as of March 31, 2020.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.86. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25677653 in over 25387 trades.
