RBI approves reappointment of Mr. Ashutosh Khajuria as ED of Federal Bank

RBI has vide its letter DOR.GCA-CB.No. 2145/08.38.001/2020-21 dated January 01, 2021 given its approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Ashutosh Khajuria (DIN: 05154975) as the Executive Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. April 01, 2021 till April 30, 2022 as recommended by the Board of the Bank.

Mr. Ashutosh Khajuria was initially appointed as Executive Director on the Board of the Bank for a period of two years with the approval of RBI on January 28, 2016. Thereafter, he was re-appointed twice w.e.f. January 28, 2018 and January 28, 2020. The present term of his office ends on March 31, 2021.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.68.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1640206 in over 7597 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 68.2 and intraday low of 66.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 110923792.
