GTPL Hathway Ltd has sold its stake in GTPL Shiv Network

GTPL Hathway Ltd has sold its entire 51% stake i.e. 10,200 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each in GTPL Shiv Network on January 1, 2021 for a cash consideration of Rs. 2 million (Rupees Two Million only) through Share Transfer Agreement dated January 1, 2021. Consequently, GTPL Shiv Network has ceased as subsidiary of the Company.

GTPL Shiv Network reported total income of Rs. 2.51 million (0.01 % of consolidated income of the Company) and Net worth of Rs. 0.13 million (0.002% of consolidated net worth of the Company) in FY 2019-20.

The acquirer viz. Varjangbhai Bhagwanbhai Bhadka does not belong to the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions.

Shares of GTPL Hathway Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.137 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 133.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36424 in over 619 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 139 and intraday low of 132. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4969597.
