Therefore, shareholding of Ador Multi Products Ltd. has been increased in its Subsidiary Company M/s. 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited from 1104615 Equity Shares (61.23% of total Share Capital) to 2452829 Equity Shares (77.81% of the total Paid up capital post conversion).
