Concession period of Thane Ghodbunder BOT Project extended by MSRDC

The Thane Ghodbunder Toll Road Private Limited - Wholly Owned Subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited ("the SPV"), has received a communication from MSRDC granting interim extension of concession period of Thane Ghodbunder BOT Project ("the Project") upto January 30,2021. On the basis of the claim submitted by the SPY, the total extension period is expected to be beyond January 30,2021.

Shares of IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.119.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 317670 in over 5776 trades.
