RITES Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of RITES Ltd at the Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, December 30, 2020 have declared an interim dividend at the rate of 50% of paid up share capital (Rs. 5.00 per share).

Further, the Board of Directors have also fixed Monday, January 11, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend.

Shares of RITES Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.266.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 267.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13570 in over 685 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 270.85 and intraday low of 265.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3629752.
