Refex Industries Ltd board recommends interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Refex Industries Ltd, at their meeting held on today i.e. December 29, 2020, approved the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020 - 2021. The Board has declared an interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- (Re. One only) per equity share.

The board has fixed January 7, 2021 as record date for determining the entitlement of interim dividend.

Shares of Refex Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.100 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 102. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61192 in over 473 trades.
