Mahamaya Steel Industries Ltd approves allotment of 12 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Mahamaya Steel Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Tueday, the 29th December, 2020, have approved the allotment of 12,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100/- per share to the Promoter namely Escort Finvest Private Limited.
