Equity Shares of Fairchem Organics Ltd to list on Dec 24, 2020

Effective from December 24, 2020, the equity shares of Fairchem Organics Ltd (Scrip Code: 543252) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the list of 'T' Group Securities.

Pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited (formerly known as Fairchem Speciality Limited) (Demerged Company) and Fairchem Organics Limited (Resulting Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors as sanctioned by the Mumbai Bench of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal; whereby upon coming into effect of the scheme and in consideration of the transfer of the Demerged Undertaking of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited into Fairchem Organics Limited. Fairchem Organics Limited shall issue and allot "1 fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of Fairchem Organics Limited shall be issued and allotted for every 3 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held in Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited."

The issued, subscribed and paid-up Equity Capital of Fairchem Organics Limited post Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation is Rs. 13,02,09,020/- consisting of 1,30,20,902 equity shares of face Value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid.
