Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Limited to transfer leasehold rights of plot for Rs. 10.25 crore

Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Limited has executed and registered an Agreement for Assignment and Transfer of Leasehold Rights on 22nd December 2020 with A2ir Industries Pvt. Ltd, for one of the three Plots for a consideration of Rs.10.25 Crores, subject to approval for transfer of lease from MIDC.
