GM Breweries Ltd board to announce quarterly results on Jan 7, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of GM Breweries Ltd is scheduled to be held at the registered office of the Company at Ganesh Niwas, S. Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025 on Thursday, January 07, 2021, at 11.00 A.M. to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ending December 31, 2020 & to appoint independent woman director.

The trading window, will remain closed for the above purpose from December 24, 2020 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the unaudited financial results of the company.
