Nucleus Software Exports Ltd appoints Mr. Anurag Mantri as CFO

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. vide resolution passed at the Board meeting held on December 11, 2020, have appointed Mr. Anurag Mantri (Additional Executive Director) as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Mr. Anurag has been with Nucleus Software for more than 26 years. During his tenure, Anurag has handled multiple responsibilities including managing Large Global / Regional Platforms as well as large & complex Digital Transformation Programs.

Anurag holds two Master's Degree in Statistics and Computer Science from Banaras Hindu University.

Shares of NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.580.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 553.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35930 in over 2400 trades.
