PNC Infratech Limited, SPML Infra JV receives LOA for Rural Water Supply Project (EPC) for Rs. 952.0 crore

PNC Infratech Limited in Joint Venture with SPML Infra Limited, announces receipt of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for an EPC Project namely "Survey, Design, Preparation of DPR, Construction, Commissioning and O&M for 10 years of Rural Water Supply Project in 952 villages in Devipatan Division of Uttar Pradesh" from the State Water Supply & Sanitation Mission, Namami Gange & Rural Water Supply Department on 10 December 2020.

Approximate value of the Project is Rs. 952.0 crore and specific value will be known at the time of agreement, after preparation and approval of DPR for the Project. PNC Infratech's share in the JV is 95%. The Project is to be constructed and put-on trial in 21 months upon signing of the agreement and operated for 10 years, post commissioning. This is the second project in drinking water supply sector secured by the Company.

Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.175.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 179.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14961 in over 713 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 178.9 and intraday low of 174.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2625634.

Shares of SPML Infra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.03 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.06. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88740 in over 345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.07 and intraday low of 10.22. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 979309.
