Goodyear India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 80

The Board of Directors of Goodyear India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, December 07, 2020, has considered and declared interim dividend of Rs. 80 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit and the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the Members for the interim dividend has been fixed as December 15, 2020, already intimated on December 02, 2020 for the purpose.

Shares of GOODYEAR INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.880.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 846.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12341 in over 1979 trades.
