APL Apollo Tubes Ltd board fixes Dec 16, 2020 as record date for stock split

The members of APL Apollo Tubes Ltd through postal ballot have approved sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from one (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each to five (5) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

Pursuant to the above, the Company has fixed Wednesday, i.e. December 16, 2020 as the Record Date, to ascertain the names of shareholders entitled for sub-division of each of the Equity Share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10/- each sub-divided into 5 (Five) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of APL APOLLO TUBES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3743.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3554.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4891 in over 1140 trades.
