Vaibhav Global Ltd forms subsidiary to manufacture and export fashion jewelry and lifestyle products

Vaibhav Global Limited have incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (i.e. Vaibhav Vistar Limited) on 02nd December, 2020. The subsidiary has an authorized share capital of Rs. 5,00,000 divided into 50,000 Equity Shares @ Rs. 10/- each.

The subsidiary is incorporated with the object of Manufacturing and export of fashion jewelry and lifestyle products. The Company has subscribed 50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a total consideration of Rs. 5,00,000 along with co-subscriber as nominee of the Company.

Shares of Vaibhav Global Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2125 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2135.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1285 in over 276 trades.
