HT Media Ltd completes acquisition of Mosaic Media Ventures Private Limited

HT Media Ltd has completed the acquisition of Mosaic Media ventures Private Limited (Mosaic) on December 2, 2020.

Consequent upon aforesaid acquisition, Mosaic has become wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of HT MEDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6663 in over 69 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.28 and intraday low of 13.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 93525.
