Tijaria Polypipes Limited appoints Mr. Ramesh Jain Tijaria as additional director

The Board of Directors of Tijaria Polypipes Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 03rd December, 2020, commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.00 p.m. has approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Jain Tijaria as an Additional Director (Executive cum Chairman).

Mr. Ramesh Jain Tijaria, aged of 79 years is the Founder & Chairman of TUARIA GROUP (which includes various companies). He was also a founder of "Seth Mohar Singh Daulatram Jain Tijaria Parmarthik Trust".

He has a profound experience and knowledge of more than 50 years in the Pipeline manufacturing Industry and has displayed strong entrepreneur skills and management capabilities by building up this Industry.

Shares of TIJARIA POLYPIPES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.7.24 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.09. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1900 in over 13 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7.41 and intraday low of 7.24. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13870.
