Smartlink Holdings Ltd Board to consider Buy back of equity shares on Dec 4, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Smartlink Holdings Ltd will be held on December 04, 2020, to consider and approve the proposal for buyback of fully paid up equity shares of face value of INR 2/- (Indian Rupees Two Only) each of the Company including matters necessary and incidental thereto.

The Company has decided to close the trading window for designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from November 30, 2020 for the purpose of the proposal buyback till the conclusion of 48 hours after the publication of the outcome of Board meeting.

Shares of Smartlink Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4759 in over 62 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.05 and intraday low of 72.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 349430.
