Aurobindo Pharma completes sale of Natrol, LLC

Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd and Natrol LLC, USA, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company, entered into a definitive agreement with an affiliate of New Mountain Capital LLC, NY and Jarrow Formulas Inc., to dispose of Natrol LLC, USA, including its business assets as a going concern with related assets, liabilities, products, brands and employees.

The aforesaid transaction has been completed on November 30, 2020.

Shares of AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.868.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 870.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 118850 in over 3269 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 893.35 and intraday low of 865. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 104687011.
