KDDL Limited increases stake in Ethos Ltd to 74.80%

KDDL Limited (the Company) has acquired 88,500 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs 250 per share from the existing shareholders of Ethos Limited.

Post the above acquisition, consolidated shareholding of KDDL Limited (directly and indirectly through its subsidiary, Mahen Distribution Limited) in Ethos Limited has increased from 74.32% to 74.80%.

Shares of KDDL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.174.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 174.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3394 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 178.05 and intraday low of 172.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 592543.
